Warranty & Replacement
If your account faces any issues during the 30-day warranty period, you will receive an instant replacement at no extra cost. We stand behind every sale.
Refund Conditions
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not issued after delivery. However:
- If a product is faulty and we cannot provide a replacement, a partial refund is issued for the unused period.
- No refunds or replacements for issues caused by your own actions (e.g. password changes, TOS violations).
- A small platform fee may apply to cover transaction costs.
